At CLM Studio, every item is handmade with care. As many of our products are personalised or made using customer-supplied football shirts, our returns policy differs from that of standard retail products.
Please read the information below before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made using your own football shirt or personalised to your specifications.
As these items are personalised, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.
This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude personalised goods from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
Shirt Library Orders
Items created from shirts selected from our Shirt Library are also handmade to order.
As each piece is individually crafted from a unique football shirt and cannot be recreated or resold in the same way, cancellations or returns may not be accepted once production has begun.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet started, we'll do our best to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great pride in the quality of our work.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you believe there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
We'll assess the issue as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Sending Your Shirt
Customers are responsible for ensuring football shirts are packaged securely when sending them to CLM Studio.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for shirts lost or damaged during transit to us.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your completed order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the delivery provider.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, we'll happily help you work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Colour & Appearance
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
As every football shirt is unique, the placement of badges, sponsors, numbers, patterns and graphics will naturally vary from one item to another.
This uniqueness is part of the handmade nature of every CLM Studio product and is not considered a fault.
General Wear
Our products are made using genuine football shirts, many of which are pre-owned or vintage.
Minor signs of age, light fabric wear, small pulls or slight print cracking may be present and are part of the character of the original garment. These are not considered manufacturing faults.
