How does it work?
Simply place your order through our website and we'll send you everything you need to know, including where to send your football shirt.
Once your shirt arrives, we'll carefully transform it into your chosen product before posting it back to you.
How long will my order take?
As every item is handmade to order, turnaround times will vary depending on demand. We advise an expected dispatch time of 2-4 weeks on all custom orders and Shirt Library orders.
If anything changes, we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Do I send you my own football shirt?
Yes! Our Custom Collection is designed using your own shirt.
After placing your order, you'll receive instructions on where to send it. Please package your shirt securely and include your order number.
What if I don't have a football shirt?
No problem!
Browse our Shirt Library to choose from our collection of vintage, retro and modern football shirts. We'll transform your chosen shirt into a completely one-of-a-kind piece.
Will I get any leftover fabric back?
Unfortunately there is often very little left of shirts, especially if working around specially requested parts of the shirt. It is not possible to accommodate sending back left over fabric on most designs.
Can I choose which parts of my shirt are used?
Absolutely. If there are specific details you'd like featured, such as the club badge, sponsor, player name, number or sleeve patches, simply leave a note with your order.
We'll always do our best to accommodate your preferences, although the final design may vary depending on the product you've chosen.
Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
No two bags are ever identical.
Each football shirt has different graphics, sponsors, seams, colours and patterns, making every piece completely unique. Product photos are examples of previous creations to demonstrate the overall style and quality.
What condition should my shirt be in?
Your shirt doesn't need to be brand new.
We can often work with shirts that have signs of wear, small pulls or minor imperfections. However, please ensure it is freshly washed before sending it.
If your shirt has significant damage that could affect the finished product, we'll contact you before beginning.
What if my shirt is rare or sentimental?
We completely understand how special some shirts can be.
Every shirt is handled with the utmost care throughout the making process. However, because creating your item requires cutting and sewing the original garment, it cannot be returned in its original condition.
Please only send a shirt you're happy for us to permanently transform it.
What size shirt do I need?
Each product has its own minimum shirt size requirement.
Please check the product description before ordering. If you're unsure whether your shirt is suitable, feel free to get in touch before placing your order.
Do you accept replica shirts?
Yes. We accept authentic shirts, fan versions and replicas. If you're ordering from our Shirt Library, some shirts may also be vintage replicas or previously owned items.
Are Shirt Library shirts brand new?
It's rare, but not impossible for new shirts to appear in the library, if donated or thrifted, however, the Shirt Library is mostly made up of carefully sourced pre-owned and vintage shirts.
Some may show signs of age such as small pulls, faded prints or minor wear, which only adds to their character. Any significant flaws will be noted where possible.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because every item is handmade to order and personalised using your chosen or supplied shirt, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives faulty.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already begun, we may be unable to cancel your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
How should I care for my bag?
To help your bag last for years to come:
- Spot clean with a damp cloth.
- Avoid machine washing or tumble drying.
- Store away from prolonged direct sunlight when not in use.
- Avoid overloading the bag with excessive weight.
Can I request a custom design?
